Mr. Andrews Cudjoe has been appointed as the Head of Risk, Compliance and AML of Bonzali Rural Bank PLC. The appointment followed a recommendation from the Board of Directors of the bank after a competitive and thorough interview and subsequent approval by the Bank of Ghana (BOG).
He has vast experience in the rural banking fraternity covering banking operations, risk, compliance and AML duties.
He worked in various capacity at Upper Manya Klo Rural Bank PLC and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Risk and Compliance from the year 2018 to February 2025. He holds Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from University of Cape Coast – Ghana; and Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Takoradi Polytechnic – Ghana. He has also undertaken leadership certificate courses in Corporate Governance and Enterprise Risk Management.
