DR. AUGUSTINE NGMENTOMO BEAKANA has over 21 years working experience in banking practice in Ghana and over 25 years work experience in the formal work setting. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bonzali Rural Bank PLC – Kumbungu since 2020.
DR. AUGUSTINE NGMENTOMO BEAKANA is the First (1st) Chief Executive Officer and the Eighth (8th) General Manager of Bonzali Rural Bank PLC. Academically, He holds Ph.D in Management (Finance Option) from the Universidad Central de Nicaragua – Nicaragua; Master in Business Administration from University of Nicosia – Cyprus; Postgraduate Certificate of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh School of Business), UK; Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Cape Coast – Ghana; and Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Sunyani Polytechnic – Ghana.
He has also undertaken leadership courses internationally from Macquarie University, Australia and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
Dr. AUGUSTINE NGMENTOMO BEAKANA is a Chartered Banker with skills in top-notch bank management, investment management, credit management, risk management, microfinance, strategic and business planning, marketing strategy and financial management. He is a Chartered Banker from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana; Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute For Securities and Investment, UK.; Post Chartered Diploma in Treasury and Financial Risk Management from Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana; Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, Australia; Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants, UK.; Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) and Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) from the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants, Ghana.
